# Crazy toy soldier side

## Technique
1. Jump on alternate legs. The non-jumping leg is lifted straight to the side.
2. The arm on the same side as the lifted leg goes down to almost touch the foot.
3. The opposite arm goes straight overhead.
4. Explosively switch from one position to the next.
**Logging:** Alternate sides continuously.
