# Standing hip axial rotation

## Technique
1. Stand on one leg and raise the other leg in front, knee bent
2. Rotate the lower leg inward so your foot is in front of you
3. Rotate the lower leg outward so your foot is out to the side
## Form tips
* Rotate the leg from the hip socket.
* Keep the thigh parallel to the floor
**Logging:** Repetitions done on one side.
