# Standing straddle stretch

## Technique
1. Stand up and start walking your feet out to the sides until you feel the stretch in the inner thighs
2. Bend at the hips to reach the ankles with the hands

* Keep the back straight and an anterior Pelvic tilt to stretch the hamstrings
