# One leg out straddle-sit

## Technique
1. Sit on the ground with your legs wide in a Straddle position.
2. Place on hand on the floor between your legs and the other on the side.
3. Push down to lift your buttocks and the legs, keeping them parallel to the floor
4. Repeat switching sides
## Form tips
* Lean forward and push hard on your hands to engage your Abs.
**Logging:** Work each side for the time indicated.
