## Technique
1. Start sitting on the shins.
2. Inhale lift the arms up.
3. Exhale fold into a Child pose.
4. Inhale come to all fours.
5. Exhale Downward dog.
6. Inhale to all fours.
7. Exhale cow pose.
8. Inhale come forward to the shins, hips up.
9. Exhale bend backwards a bit.
10. Inhale come up.
11. Exhale lower the hips down.
