# Dumbbell seated overhead press

## Technique

1. Sit on a bench with almost vertical backrest and hold dumbbells at shoulder level with palms facing forward.
2. Press the weights straight up until your arms are fully extended overhead.
3. Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height under control.

## Form tips

* Keep your back flat against the bench or sit tall.
* Keep your shoulders down ( Shoulder depression)
