Technique

  1. Stand with your feet in a wide stance and slightly bend your knees.
  2. Lean your upper body backward as far as possible while keeping your feet planted.
  3. Open your arms out to the sides to help maintain balance.

Form tips

  • Engage your Core to stabilize the spine during the lean.
Logging: Each circle (whichever direction) = one repetition.
