Technique

  1. Start in a deep squat position.
  2. Walk forward while staying in the squat, taking small steps and keeping your hips low.

Form tips

  • Keep your chest up and your back as straight as possible.
  • Avoid letting your knees collapse inward.
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
Risks
  • This exercise places high stress on the knee joints; move slowly and stop if you feel pain.
