Technique
- Start with your body in a pyramid shape (similar to a Downward dog), with your hands on Parallettes.
- Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
- Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
