Technique

  1. Get your feet up on a elevated surface and place your hands on the ground, as short distance from the elevated surface.
  2. Bend your arms and lean forward as you go down, so that the elbows stay above the wrists and the forearms stay vertical.
  3. Push back up until your arms are straight and your shoulders above your wrists.
