Technique

  1. The base holds a high Plank, hands under the shoulders.
  2. The flyer sets up on top, hands on the base’s ankles and feet flexed to hook around the base’s Trapezius, forming a Double plank.
  3. The flyer performs a Pushup while the base stays strong in the high plank.
  4. To exit, reverse the entry with control.

Form tips

  • Both partners maintain a Hollow body.
  • The base stays as rigid and stable as possible.
