Technique
- Support yourself on Parallel bars or a Dip station.
- While keeping your arms straight, perform slow shoulder circles, letting your body move around your shoulder joint.
- Make the circles as wide as possible, exploring the four quadrants of this position: Shoulder depression, Shoulder protraction, Shoulder elevation and Shoulder retraction.
Logging: Each circle (whichever direction) = one repetition.
