Technique

  1. Perform a very explosive pullup.
  2. At the peak, release your grip and clap your hands together.
  3. Quickly re-grab the bar and lower with control.

Form tips

  • Pull as fast and explosively as possible from a dead hang.
  • Do not kip with your legs
