Technique
- Sit on the ground with the legs bent at 90 degrees ( 90-90 position) and the hands placed on the ground behind your back for support.
- Raise the back knee by externally rotating the hip.
- Move with control and do not compensate by moving the lower back.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
