Technique

  1. Push against a wall and place one leg back away from the wall and the other up in the air.
  2. Start by pushing the wall away from you and pressing your heel down, with the toes pointing forward. Your foot should be placed at such a distance so that you stretch your calf in that position.
  3. Push on the ball of your foot to move your heel up as high as possible.
  4. Come back to the starting position with control.
