Technique
- Stand upright and shift your weight onto one leg.
- Lift the opposite knee upward in front of you while keeping the lower leg relaxed.
- Bring the knee up to a comfortable height without leaning backward.
- Hold the position for time while maintaining balance.
Form tips
- Keep your torso tall and your hips facing forward.
