Technique

- Keep your shoulder down and back, avoiding any excessive leaning to the side.
- Walk for a set time, maintaining control of the weight throughout.
Form tips
- Keep your torso upright and avoid leaning to one side to counterbalance the weight.
- Engage your core to prevent your lower back from arching or overextending.
- Take controlled, deliberate steps, focusing on stability with each step to avoid wobbling.
