Technique
- Stand on one leg.
- Slowly move your free foot around the standing foot in a large circular pattern, reaching as far as possible in every direction without losing balance.
- Complete the circle in a controlled manner, then reverse direction.
Form tips
- You may keep a slight bend in the standing knee.
- Reach as far as possible while maintaining control.
- Move slowly and smoothly throughout the entire circle.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
