Technique
- Stand upright and shift your weight onto one leg
- Raise the knee of the other leg at hip height, pointing the foot downward.
- Raise the arm on the same side of the elevated leg straight toward the sky, wrist extended and palm up.
- Keep the other arm flexed across the torso, hand with wrist extended with palm to the side as in protecting the side
Form tips
- Keep your torso tall and your hips facing forward.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
