Technique
- Start in a standard Plank position on your forearms.
- Lift one arm and the opposite leg simultaneously off the ground.
- Hold this balanced position, keeping your body in a straight line for time.
Form tips
- Keep your hips and shoulders parallel to the ground; do not let them tilt.
