Technique
- Crawl on your forearms and feet, staying low to the ground the whole time.
- The opposite limbs should move more or less at the same time (for example: left arm and right foot).
- Practice going forward and backward.
- Practice this movement for time. If you choose to count repetitions, consider that moving all the limbs once forward is one repetition (taking one step with each arm and one step with each foot).
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
