Technique

  1. Sit on the edge of a chair and place your hands on the seat or armrests.
  2. Push on your hands to lift your entire body weight.
  3. Keep your butt off the chair, your thighs parallel to the floor, and your knees bent.

  • Keep your shoulders pushed down ( Shoulder depression).
