Technique
- Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Curl one weight across your body toward the opposite shoulder.
- Lower the weight slowly and repeat with the other arm.
Form tips
- Maintain a supinated grip (palms facing your body).
Logging: Weight used on one side. Each repetition involves working both sides.
