Technique

  1. Sit on the bike and secure your feet into the pedals.
  2. Grasp the handlebars and begin pedaling in a circular motion.
  3. Adjust the resistance knob to increase or decrease the effort required.

Form tips

  • Adjust resistance to maintain the desired cadence.
  • Avoid letting your shoulders shrug toward your ears ( Shoulder depression).
