Technique
- Lie on an incline bench holding dumbbells above your chest with palms facing each other, arms with a slight bend at the elbow.
- Lower the weights out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Squeeze your chest to bring the weights back together at the top.
Form tips
- Maintain a slight bend in your elbows to protect the joints.
