Technique

  1. Start in an Inverted hang position on rings or a bar.
  2. Open your legs into a front split, with one leg moving forward and the other backward.
  3. Hold the position while keeping your balance.

Form tips

  • Maintain a vertical torso while upside down.
  • Keep your legs fully extended.
Logging: Each repetition involves working both sides.
