Technique
- Perform a Goblet squat, holding a weight at chest level.
- As you stand up, use the momentum to press the weight overhead.
- Lower the weight back to your chest and repeat.
Form tips
- Keep the weight close to your chest during the squat.
- Do not let your lower back arch when pressing overhead.
