Technique

  1. Stand upright.
  2. Swing your arms in a more or less horizontal plane, letting them cross over each other in front of you, and then swing behind you towards each other.

Form tips

  • Alternate between crossing them with the right arm on top and left arm on top.
  • Aim to touch your hands behind your back if possible.
Logging: Alternate sides continuously.
