Technique
- Perform a standard Straddle pushup. The wider your legs open, the more weight is shifted from your hands to your feet, thus making the exercise easier.
- From the bottom position, push yourself up as explosively as possible.
- You will need enough speed to get your whole body off the ground (hands and feet), so that your are airborne for a fraction of a second.
