Technique

  1. Hold dumbbells at shoulder height with palms facing your chest.
  2. Press one weight overhead while simultaneously rotating the palm to face forward.
  3. Lower the weight back to the start and repeat with the other arm.

Form tips

  • Rotate the palms 180 degrees during the movement.
  • Keep the torso still without arching the back.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Each repetition involves working both sides.
