Technique
- Perform a standard Straddle pushup, with the difference that from the bottom position, you push yourself up as explosively as possible.
- You will need enough speed to get your hands off the ground, lift your arms up quickly and return them to their initial position before your body falls back down.
- The wider you open your legs, the more weight is shifted from your hands to your feet, making the exercise easier.
