Technique

  1. Start from an Advanced tuck planche position.
  2. Bend your arms to perform a pushup, while keeping the back horizontal.
  3. If using the ground, your range of motion will be limited by the knees hitting the ground; you can use parallettes to be able to go lower and make the movement harder.
