Technique
- This exercise targets all three heads of the deltoids, by combining a rotational movement with a standard overhead press.
- Start with the dumbbells at shoulder level and the palms facing you.
- Extend your arms up while rotating the forearms at the same time, so that your palms end up facing forward at the top.
- Reverse the motion to the starting position.
