Technique

  1. Hold onto a stable object for assistance.
  2. Lift one leg off the ground and keep it straight the whole time.
  3. Squat down on the other leg and push back up

Form tips

  • Keep your working foot flat on the ground (do not let your heel come off the ground).
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
