Technique
- Start in a Plank position with hands on the Parallettes.
- Jump your feet forward between your hands while keeping your hands planted.
- Pull your knees to your chest and pass your legs through your arms into a reverse plank position.
Form tips
- Push down hard into the floor to create maximum height for your legs to pass.
