Technique

  1. Start with a weighted deck squat.
  2. Once you come back to standing, perform a calf raise whilst bringing the weights overhead.
  3. Let the weight sink behind your back while sinking back to flat feet.
  4. Perform an overhead triceps extension with another calf raise.
