Technique
- Stand tall while holding a kettlebell in your hand by the front side of the handle, arm by your side, palm facing the thigh.
- Lift the kettlebell moving at the wrist as high as possible toward the front without bending the elbow.
- The bottom of the kettlebell should face forward.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
