Technique
- Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell by the handle in front of you.
- Pass the kettlebell around your body, moving it behind your back, then back to the front, transferring it to the other hand when it reaches your back or front.
Form tips
- Maintain a stable stance and keep your back straight, avoiding arching or rounding as you pass the kettlebell.
- Control the motion, ensuring a smooth and controlled movement around your body.
