Technique
- Hold a kettlebell with your palm facing down and your forearm horizontal.
- Rotate your forearm on its axis to bring the weight on top of your hand.
- Go to the end of your range of motion, then rotate the weight back to the starting position with control.
Form tips
- Do not lift your upper arm and don’t move your elbow: focus on your forearm rotation.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
