Technique

  1. Start on all fours.
  2. Bring one foot flat near the same side hand.
  3. Bend the back knee to bring the ankle towards the glutes and grab the foot with the hands.
  4. Stand straight and try to keep a posterior Pelvic tilt.
Logging: Work each side for the time indicated.
