Technique

  1. Start in a half-kneeling position holding a weight at your bottom hip.
  2. Pull the weight diagonally across your chest and up toward the opposite shoulder.
  3. Return the weight slowly along the same diagonal path.

Form tips

  • Focus on rotating from your trunk.
Logging: Weight used on one side. Repetitions done on one side.
