Technique

  1. Start in a high Plank position with your hands under your shoulders.
  2. Simultaneously move your right hand and left foot one step to the right.
  3. Move your left hand and right foot to the right to return to the initial plank alignment, then repeat the sequence in the other direction.

Form tips

  • Maintain a straight body line with Shoulder protraction and a posterior Pelvic tilt.
  • Keep your hips level and avoid letting them sag or pike upward.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
