Technique

  1. Face the ground and hold yourself up by resting on your feet and forearms.

Form tips

  • Engage your Abs and assume a posterior Pelvic tilt. Another way to think about it is to suck your bellybutton upward.
  • When the Abs are properly engaged, the back should be slightly rounded.
