Technique

  1. Lie flat on your back on a level surface.
  2. Bend your knees and bring the soles of your feet together.
  3. Allow your knees to fall outward toward the floor, opening the hips.

Form tips

  • Try to keep your lower back in contact with the floor.
  • Relax the inner thigh muscles to allow gravity to pull the knees down.
