Technique

  1. Hang from a High hanging device with a standard grip.
  2. Lift your straight legs up until they are horizontal and parallel to the ground.
  3. Hold this position while hanging freely for the required time.

Form tips

  • Keep your legs fully straight and toes pointed.
  • Maintain Shoulder depression to keep your ears away from your shoulders.
