Technique
- Enter a Wall L-handstand with your feet against the wall and your torso vertical.
- Slowly lift one leg off the wall and bring it to a vertical position, aligned with your torso.
- Hold for a moment, then return the foot to the wall and repeat with the other leg.
Form tips
- Focus on keeping your shoulders fully open ( Shoulder flexion backward).
- Aim to keep the supporting leg perpendicular to the wall.
Logging: Repetitions done on one side.
