Technique

  1. Push your shoulders down (depression): do not let them elevate towards your ears.
  2. The legs should be fully extended and parallel to the ground.
  3. Doing this exercise with parallettes will make it easier thanks to the extra clearance; aim to eventually be able to do it on the ground, with only the hands touching the ground.
