Technique
- Lying on your back, legs slightly apart, knees bent at 90 degrees, feet secured, hands either on your temple on on your opposite shoulder.
- Lift your back smoothly towards your knees and then bring your elbow to the opposite knee.
- Slowly reverse the motion on the way down.
Logging: Each repetition involves working both sides.
