Technique

  1. Hold weights at shoulder height with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Perform a Deep squat by sitting back and down.
  3. As you stand up explosively, use the momentum to press the weights straight overhead until your arms are fully extended.

Form tips

  • Move in one continuous motion from the bottom of the squat to the overhead press.
