Also known as: Lazy L-sit RTO, Rings turned out supported L-sit.

Technique

  1. Grip the Rings at around hip height and push into a support position with straight arms.
  2. Rotate the rings outward until your palms face fully forward.
  3. Keep both feet flat on the ground to assist with your body weight during the hold.

Form tips

  • Keep the arms fully straight and elbows locked.
  • Focus on Shoulder depression and active external rotation.
